Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience as a line cook
Ability to speak English, Spanish preferred
Must be punctual and reliable
Experience with Puerto Rican and Latin cooking
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Must follow hygiene and safety regulations
Strong communication skills
Must be able to work full-time or part-time shifts

Verifiable cooking experience in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Work to guarantee the consistency of food quality, portion, and presentation
Prepare food for service in a clean and efficient manner
Cook menu items cooperatively with staff

Replenish all appropriate inventory
