Job Requirements
- Previous food service, line cook, or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and positive demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items to brand specifications and quality standards
- Utilize TurboChef and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and maintaining kitchen organization
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Welcome and connect with every guest
- Provide friendly and attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders and enter accurately into the POS system
- Prepare barista-style coffee and specialty beverages
- Answer questions about menu items, beverages, and hotel amenities
- Present checks, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area (front and back of house)
- Offer assistance to team members to ensure smooth Bistro operations
- Fill in where needed to support overall hotel food service operations
