Job Requirements
- Holder of valid and current Food Handler Certification
- Possession of non-slip shoes prior to first day of work
- Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt and work in dynamic team environments
- Understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
- Allowed to work in relevant jurisdiction
Job Qualifications
- One to four years of experience in high-volume food service or related hospitality roles
- Experience in corporate food service programs, full-service hotels, resorts, or multi-restaurant chains preferred
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Approachable and service-oriented attitude
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items in pantry, fry, and other kitchen stations
- Ensure final plate presentation with correct plating and garnishing
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Multitask and work quickly and effectively in a team environment
- Communicate clearly with staff, managers, and guests
- Maintain flexibility and composure under stress
- Follow directions and contribute positively within the team
