Job Requirements

  • Holder of valid and current Food Handler Certification
  • Possession of non-slip shoes prior to first day of work
  • Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Service oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt and work in dynamic team environments
  • Understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
  • Allowed to work in relevant jurisdiction

Job Qualifications

  • One to four years of experience in high-volume food service or related hospitality roles
  • Experience in corporate food service programs, full-service hotels, resorts, or multi-restaurant chains preferred
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Approachable and service-oriented attitude
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items in pantry, fry, and other kitchen stations
  • Ensure final plate presentation with correct plating and garnishing
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Multitask and work quickly and effectively in a team environment
  • Communicate clearly with staff, managers, and guests
  • Maintain flexibility and composure under stress
  • Follow directions and contribute positively within the team
