Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years line cooking experience preferred
  • culinary degree or hotel cooking experience preferred
  • able to perform all basic cooking skills
  • able to work single kitchen stations
  • motivated to meet customer needs in a fast-paced setting
  • ability to stand for long hours
  • reliable transportation
  • flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to Hyatt recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • ensure food quality and presentation meet Hyatt standards
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
  • adhere to instructions and feedback from supervisory staff
