Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to undergo and pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to work in the United States with valid work authorization
- ServSafe certification and state food handlers card
- Ability to interact and respond to groups effectively
- Enthusiasm for cooking and learning new techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food orders for staff, visitors, and catering events
- Master short-order cooking techniques to create delicious menu items
- Ensure all food is produced in a high-quality, timely, and consistent manner
- Develop rapport with customers while upholding company values
- Motivate team members with leadership and supervisory skills
- Set up and stock grill stations with necessary supplies
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly according to safety standards
