- State Food Handlers card
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for cooking and learning new techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact and respond to questions from managers, clients, team members, and guests
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to provide work authorization documents
- Willingness to follow safety and food handling regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food orders for staff, visitors, and catering events
- Master short-order cooking techniques to create delicious menu items
- Ensure all food is produced in a high-quality, timely, and consistent manner to meet menu and customer standards
- Develop rapport with customers while upholding the values and mission of Thomas Cuisine
- Motivate team members with leadership and supervisory skills
- Set up and stock the grill station with all necessary supplies
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly in the station or walk-in cooler
- Cook and prep menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
- Follow proper techniques and presentation for all dishes
- Practice correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach and communication
- Report all unsafe working conditions and operational needs to management
