Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals following standardized recipes
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Support the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Prepare menu items on schedule
  • Uphold HVMG's Culture of Excellence in all tasks
