Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of prior cooking experience in a hotel kitchen or related field preferred
- culinary training in a college setting preferred
- ability to use various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently
- ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach
- ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- near vision to see details at close range
- ability to move quickly and agilely in emergency situations
- ability to work long hours as required
- good communication skills and proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
