Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work flexible AM or PM shifts
  • Willingness to participate in hands-on training
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to follow recipes accurately
  • Availability for full-time employment
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for seafood cuisine

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar line cook or seafood preparation role
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling procedures
  • Willingness to learn fish fabrication and other specialized skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook seafood dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Participate in fish fabrication and sharpening of knife skills
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory and assist in stock rotation
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
