Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a similar kitchen role
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • culinary school training (preferred but not required)
  • familiarity with French cuisine (a plus)

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • collaborate with team members to meet service demands and quality expectations
  • receive and store deliveries appropriately
  • support the culinary team in daily operations and special events
