- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar kitchen role
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- prior experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- culinary school training (preferred but not required)

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- collaborate with team members to meet service demands and quality expectations
- receive and store deliveries appropriately
- support the culinary team in daily operations and special events
