Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook according to recipes
  • Ensure workstations are fully stocked with ingredients on time
  • Organize and clean workstations following restaurant protocols
  • Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean
  • Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Guarantee ingredient quality and freshness
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by supervision
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment
  • Cook and prepare various foods according to Sicilian Butcher recipes
  • Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel ingredients
  • Safely use kitchen utensils including knives
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
  • Arrange, garnish, and portion food as per guidelines
  • Properly store food following safety policies
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude
  • Adhere to Sicilian Butcher safety and sanitation policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
