Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a line cook preferred
- Willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
- Knowledgeable about the menu and the products offered
- Capable of maintaining excellent customer service and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience cooking in a restaurant
- Understanding of cooking methods and procedures and knife handling skills
- Ability to perform tasks with precision, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow kitchen instructions
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Knowledge about the menu and the varying products
- Ability to safely utilize kitchen utensils and operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook as indicated in recipes
- Ensure ingredients at the workstation are ready and comply with preparation schedules to guarantee smooth delivery
- Organize and clean the workstation according to the restaurant's protocol
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment
- Comply with sanitary, health, and personal hygiene regulations
- Guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
