- Minimum four years of line cook experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook as directed in recipes
- Ensure ingredients at the workstation are ready on time to meet preparation schedules and guarantee smooth delivery
- Organize and clean the workstation according to restaurant protocol
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation including kitchen equipment
- Comply with health, sanitary, and personal hygiene standards
- Guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
- Perform additional cleaning tasks assigned by line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Set up a workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Sicilian Butcher recipes
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- Safely utilize a variety of utensils, including knives
- Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Sicilian Butcher guidelines
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adhere to Sicilian Butcher safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
