- Be at least 18 years of age
- four or more years of Line Cook experience preferred

- Minimum of four years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- proficiency in kitchen procedures and knife handling

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook according to recipes
- ensure ingredients are ready on the workstation on time to meet preparation schedules
- organize and clean the workstation following restaurant protocols
- maintain cleanliness of the workstation including kitchen equipment
- comply with health, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
- perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
- clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
- cook and prepare a variety of foods according to standardized Sicilian Butcher recipes
- measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel food items
- safely utilize various utensils including knives
- operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
- arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines
- properly store food adhering to food safety policies
- maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, co-workers, and clients
- adhere to Sicilian Butcher safety policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by upper management
