Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a line cook or back-of-house role preferred
  • passion for cooking and working with quality ingredients
  • strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety
  • ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts
  • positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas
  • work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • communicate clearly with team members and follow kitchen leadership direction
  • follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties as needed
