Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a line cook or back-of-house role preferred
- Passion for cooking and working with quality ingredients
- Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly with team members and follow kitchen leadership direction
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties as needed
