Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Minimum 4 years of line cook experience
Willingness to exceed guest expectations
Understanding of menu and product knowledge
Ability to handle kitchen utensils and equipment safely

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of cooking experience in a professional restaurant
Skilled in cooking methods and knife handling
Ability to perform tasks with precision, speed, and attention to detail
Capable of reading and following kitchen instructions

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients and cook as per recipes
Ensure timely preparation and readiness of ingredients at the workstation meeting preparation schedules
Organize and clean the workstation according to restaurant protocol
Maintain cleanliness of work station and kitchen equipment
Comply with personal hygiene, health, and sanitation regulations
Guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
Perform additional cleaning tasks assigned by line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
