Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook as per recipes
  • Ensure timely preparation and readiness of ingredients at the workstation meeting preparation schedules
  • Organize and clean the workstation according to restaurant protocol
  • Maintain cleanliness of work station and kitchen equipment
  • Comply with personal hygiene, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks assigned by line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef
