Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in full service, fine dining, upscale, country club or casual dining restaurant
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to demonstrate knife skills
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of proper steak cooking temperatures
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work swiftly and efficiently
- Reports to work on time and adheres to attendance policy
- Willingness to work second shift hours including weekends and holidays
- Follow AHC guest service standards
- Participate in department meetings and communicate effectively
- Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare, produce, heat, cook, and bake various food items including soups, entrees, meats, and vegetables
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, fryers, stove tops, tilt-skillets, and warmers
- Utilize kitchenware including knives, spatulas, whisks, tongs, spoons, and ladles
- Monitor and reduce food waste
- Ensure knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work area following health standards
- Assist in food preparation and service execution as directed by the chef
