Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work evening shifts from 4 pm to 10:30 pm
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare food to the exact chef's specifications
- Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prepare sauces
- Assist with menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Coordinate with team members during food service
- Manage kitchen tools and inventory effectively
