Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 months previous cooking experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • commitment to food safety standards
  • ability to work independently with limited supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • previous line cook experience preferred
  • culinary degree or hotel kitchen experience is a plus
  • solid foundation in basic cooking techniques
  • ability to work a single station
  • experience preparing buffet-style meals
  • genuine desire to serve others
  • self-motivated and able to work independently
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare buffet-style meals efficiently and accurately
  • work independently at assigned kitchen stations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • communicate effectively with kitchen team members
  • assist in inventory and stock management
  • ensure quality and presentation standards are met
