Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 months of kitchen or line cook experience
  • knowledge of basic cooking techniques
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • good communication skills
  • food safety certification preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts and flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • positive attitude
  • at least 3 months of previous line cook experience preferred
  • culinary degree or hotel kitchen experience is a plus
  • solid foundation in basic cooking techniques
  • ability to work a single station and prepare buffet-style meals
  • genuine desire to serve others
  • comfortable standing for extended periods
  • self-motivated
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
