Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ServSafe certification preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- understanding of safe food handling and storage
- ability to work efficiently in a team
- excellent communication skills
- prior kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and cutting meat
- label and stock ingredients while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
- prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service
- interact with guests and demonstrate passion for foodservice and hospitality
- assist in training new culinary hires
- communicate inventory needs and kitchen requirements to the Chef
- maintain clean and sanitary work environment and follow safety food handling procedures
