  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and ensure proper portion sizes and presentation
  • Set up kitchen and workstation at the start of each shift
  • Make orders, store fresh, dry, and frozen goods properly
  • Handle, store, and rotate products to maintain freshness
  • Maintain and clean equipment and machines regularly
  • Supply stocks and prepare perishable goods daily
  • Complete control sheets for opening, in progress, and closing as requested
  • Clean workspaces, utensils, storage areas, and dispose of waste correctly
  • Follow hygiene standards using proper cleaning products
  • Communicate with manager regarding stock and shift operations
