Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or catering environment
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (Louisville Metro Health Department or ServSafe)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout your shift
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- A passion for food and a team-first attitude

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute a variety of dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail
- Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, griddles, fryers, and slicers
- Set up and break down workstations following proper sanitation protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment
- Collaborate across all kitchen stations, including Prep/Line Cook, Expo, Salad/Deli, Catering, and Dishwasher
- Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, and security standards
