Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in a kitchen setting
- ability to stand for long periods
- capable of handling kitchen equipment safely
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food to exact chef’s specifications
- chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prepare sauces
- assist with menu item preparation
- collaborate with kitchen staff during service
- perform food preparation tasks during downtime
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
