Job Duties
- learn and follow signature recipes and portion guidelines
- maintain a clean and organized work area including reach-ins, walk-ins, and counters
- promote safety culture including use and maintenance of PPE
- cross-train between scratch kitchens, quick service, associate dining, and catering facilities
- participate in special events throughout the season
- interact with guests to create enjoyable experiences
- support team members and maintain high standards of hospitality
