Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of food safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Duties
- Prepare, present and execute menu items in assigned kitchen stations
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
- Collaborate with kitchen team members including Executive and Sous Chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in training and development programs
