Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food safety procedures
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Job Duties

  • Prepare, present and execute menu items in assigned kitchen stations
  • Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members including Executive and Sous Chefs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Participate in training and development programs
