Job Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with cooking multiple cuisines including Asian, Mexican, and American
- Certification in food safety
- Ability to manage a food station during busy meal times
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Willingness to work onsite in Stockton, CA
- Availability to work contract position hours

Job Duties
- Manage and operate your designated station during meal service
- Perform all necessary food preparation and cooking tasks
- Ensure thorough cleaning of your station before and after service
- Prepare a variety of Asian, Mexican, and American dishes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery
- Maintain inventory and report needs for supplies
