Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items across various stations (Saute, Grill, Pasta) with precision
- Follow established recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work station following health department standards
- Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service in a high-volume setting
- Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and inventory management
