Job Duties
- plan, prep, set up and provide quality food production for multiple outlets including restaurant, in-room dining, bar and pool areas
- create culinary dishes to meet high standards of presentation and taste
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen and service team to ensure seamless guest experience
- participate in ongoing training and development to enhance cooking skills
- manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
