Supportive resources such as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) via SupportLinc assist employees and their families in addressing personal challenges, reinforcing the holistic care approach True Food Kitchen embodies.

In addition to competitive work conditions, employees enjoy valuable benefits including restaurant dining discounts, paid volunteer time to engage with community service and charitable causes, and eligibility to participate in the True Giving fund, which supports life-changing events for team members.
