Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to ensure food safety
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and workspace in a clean and organized manner
  • Assist with inventory management and food storage to reduce waste
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
  • Follow recipes and portion control standards to maintain consistency
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
