Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to maintain guest safety
  • Maintain high kitchen hygiene and organization to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver quality food and timely service
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management
  • Follow Red Robin's recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
  • Support restaurant goals by contributing to a positive and efficient work environment
