Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required in kitchen environments
reliable transportation or ability to commute to the restaurant location
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
adherence to all food safety and sanitation policies
ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a kitchen or as a line cook preferred
knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
being a team player
