Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of kitchen experience with line experience
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques
  • Ability to work a station independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and execution
  • Able to take direction and adapt during service
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds and frequently reaching, bending, and stooping

Job Duties

  • Own and manage your assigned station during service
  • Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain proper timing and communication with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure all items leaving your station meet quality and presentation expectations
  • Set up and break down your station before and after service
  • Maintain appropriate par levels and communicate needs to kitchen leadership
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage standards
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other stations to support overall kitchen flow
  • Assist with prep directly related to your station as needed
