Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or culinary preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail to maintain quality standards
Job Duties
- Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
- Passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
- Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
- Being a team player
