Job Duties
- Prepare and execute dishes according to Cala's recipes and quality standards
- Work multiple stations including grill, saute, and fry with focus on consistency and timing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in prepping ingredients and ensuring stations are fully stocked before and during service
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and timely service
- Adapt to changing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture by supporting your team and helping where needed
