Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- must be able to obtain valid food handler's card
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to work varied shifts including late hours, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work under pressure
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- must follow all health and safety regulations

- demonstrates correct hand-washing techniques
- practices proper food handling techniques
- able to arrive to work on time and ready

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items correctly in a timely and sanitary manner
- follow all company procedures and policies
- adhere to all company standards for recipe preparation and cooking techniques
- arrive to work as scheduled and prepared to assume shift responsibilities
- ensure station is ready for anticipated business levels and assist coworkers as needed
- demonstrate perfect knowledge of portioning and styling
- meet all ticket time requirements
- maintain company cleanliness and sanitation standards
- practice product rotation consistently
- record all waste accurately
- complete all daily cleaning duties promptly
- understand and follow health department regulations for hygiene and safe food handling
- comply with all safety requirements and company policies
- follow management directions willingly with a positive attitude
- comply with Break Policy as directed
