Job Requirements

  • Previous cook, kitchen or professional culinary experience strongly preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Applebee’s recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment
  • Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and quality goals
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies in the kitchen
  • Manage inventory and stock ingredients as directed
