Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior line cook experience preferred
  • flexible schedule including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
  • ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • punctuality and reliability
  • strong organizational skills
  • commitment to maintaining company grooming and uniform standards
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • excellent communication and teaching skills
  • thorough knowledge of all Copper Vine HOH recipes and standards
  • ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
  • self-motivated and organized
  • capable of adapting training to different experience levels
  • patient and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • teach and coach new and existing employees to develop their skills
  • provide clear verbal and written communication with managers and coworkers
  • conduct classroom instruction and attend quarterly meetings
  • lead and instruct workshops and update team members on new training materials
  • ensure all recruits achieve certification as HOH team members
  • maintain a high standard of food quality and safety
  • set a positive example in professionalism and teamwork
