Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior kitchen or cooking experience
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong organizational and multitasking skills
effective communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
complete assigned prep list efficiently run your station during the shift and stock food as needed
exercise good safety sanitation and organizational skills
collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
