Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' progressive culinary experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line
- Familiarity with scratch cooking and food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menu items
- Monitor food portion sizes and presentation
- Support kitchen operations during service hours
