Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' progressive culinary experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line
  • Familiarity with scratch cooking and food safety standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menu items
  • Monitor food portion sizes and presentation
  • Support kitchen operations during service hours
