Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work in noisy fast paced environment with distractions
  • able to stand and move about for long periods
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • able to reach bend stoop mop sweep and wipe frequently
  • follow company safety and sanitation policies
  • maintain personal cleanliness and dress code

Job Qualifications

  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with team members
  • disciplined and self-motivated
  • friendly with a positive attitude
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days nights and weekends
  • basic food safety knowledge
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines

Job Duties

  • deliver unparalleled guest experience through food drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective or alternative actions
  • adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment
  • use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • ensure proper storage of products at appropriate levels
  • prepare and sell food meeting quality indicators and guest expectations
  • sell food within recommended time frames
  • prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets to ensure the freshest product and eliminate waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
  • maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
  • clean and maintain kitchen mats floors walls and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships to foster cooperative and harmonious climate
  • be friendly and smile while working days nights and weekends
  • demonstrate clear communication with team members
  • dress neat clean and professional at all times
