Job Requirements

  • At least one year of recent line cook experience
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Willingness to perform duties in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
  • Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Work weekends and some holidays as needed
  • Fill in as needed to support restaurant efficiency
