Job Duties
- Prepare food from scratch by following recipes to produce consistent results
- Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
- Work weekends and some holidays as needed
- Fill in as needed to support restaurant efficiency
