Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Valid food handler's certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work at various locations nationwide
  • Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Solid cooking and food preparation skills across a variety of cuisines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Previous experience as a line cook in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event needs
  • Experience working in kitchens, banquets, or mobile/temporary food setups preferred
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook pasta and pizza dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food prep areas, and equipment
  • Assist with food setup, presentation, and service for hospitality events or audit support functions
  • Monitor food inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the hospitality team or Chef
  • Follow portion control guidelines and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
  • Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment during travel or mobile deployments
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other hospitality personnel to ensure smooth service flow
