Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- Valid food handler's certification preferred
- Willingness to travel and work at various locations nationwide
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policies
Job Qualifications
- Solid cooking and food preparation skills across a variety of cuisines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Previous experience as a line cook in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event needs
- Experience working in kitchens, banquets, or mobile/temporary food setups preferred
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook pasta and pizza dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food prep areas, and equipment
- Assist with food setup, presentation, and service for hospitality events or audit support functions
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the hospitality team or Chef
- Follow portion control guidelines and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment during travel or mobile deployments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other hospitality personnel to ensure smooth service flow
