Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Current food handler's permit or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Positive, motivated, hardworking, and collaborative attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to work long hours on feet, lift up to 55 lbs and move up to 160 lbs, and work in hot, wet, and loud environments
- Ability to crouch, bend, lift, climb stairs, and reach
- Ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding situations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Current food handler's permit or ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties
- Rotate on a daily basis from various stations to perform tasks such as prep, salads, sides, and pizzas
- Work in conjunction with other line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure proper food rotation from storage to prep areas and then to cooking lines
- Assist with shift changeover to ensure guest orders are completed before departure
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment by following kitchen rules
- Ensure all cooking, prep, and food handling areas and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at the end of each day
- Receive and store delivered orders appropriately in walk-in or dry storage
- Abide by all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate efficiently within a team environment
- Create and cultivate an inclusive environment for all guests, co-workers, and the community
