Job Duties

  • Prepares soups, salads, and sauces as instructed by the head chef
  • plates and garnishes meal items in accordance with instructions
  • cooks menu items according to head chef's directions
  • attends pre-shift meetings to review service details
  • ensures cooking stations are stocked with ingredients and equipment
  • cleans and disinfects cooking stations before and after shifts
  • performs other duties as assigned
