Job Duties
- Prepares soups, salads, and sauces as instructed by the head chef
- plates and garnishes meal items in accordance with instructions
- cooks menu items according to head chef's directions
- attends pre-shift meetings to review service details
- ensures cooking stations are stocked with ingredients and equipment
- cleans and disinfects cooking stations before and after shifts
- performs other duties as assigned
