Job Requirements
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Consistent full-time scheduling
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or private club
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of classic cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about food
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items according to Club recipes, standards, and plating specifications
- Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes produced during service
- Work efficiently on a designated station during high-volume service
- Assist with daily prep, mise en place, and station organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the culinary team with menu execution, specials, and banquet production
- Assist with training and mentoring culinary interns as needed
- Communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
