Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distractions
  • able to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • able to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • able to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with other team members
  • self-motivated and disciplined
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • maintain neat, clean and professional appearance in accordance with dress guidelines

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or significant matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment
  • use chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • ensure all products are stored properly in the correct location and levels
  • prepare and sell food meeting quality indicators and guest expectations
  • sell food within recommended time frames
  • prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and eliminate waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and stations
  • clean kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain a favorable working relationship with team members
  • be friendly and able to smile during shifts
