Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • Ability to work varying shifts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages
  • Assist in menu planning and seasonal adjustments
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service
  • Participate in culinary training and development programs
